How do I check in?

We operate a 24hr self check-in system. On the morning of your arrival you will be sent an SMS to your mobile phone with an access code for the front door and your room number.

Your room will be unlocked and the key will be inside the room.

We have a night porter about 2 mins away that can attend the property if you need help with anything urgently.

During the weekend there is a night porter onsite from 1pm Friday all the way through to 10am Sunday.

When will my card be charged?

If you have booked a room on one of our discounted non-refundable rates then your payment can be taken anytime from when you book. We usually do payments runs every Monday and Friday.

If you have booked the standard rate, payment can be taken any time in the 7 days before you arrive. Payments are usually processed on the Mon or Fri before you arrival.

Can I cancel my stay for free?

This depends on the rate you have chosen when you booked. We offer discounted non-refundable rates or a slightly higher priced standard rate.

If you have chosen the non-refundable rate unfortunately we won;t be able to offer a free cancellation under any circumstances. If you have chosen the standard rate you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before you arrive.

There are also microwaves, toasters, kettles, plates, cups and cutlery in the 2 kitchen areas. There are also take away cups for a brew on the go.

What can we do while in Liverpool?

We are by no means well traveled, tourism guru’s however we do know our fair city of Liverpool. We have an Activities page to help you plan your visit to Liverpool.

Can I bring my pet Elephant?

Unfortunately we do have a very strict no pets policy. However if you do have an actual Elephant then, yes it can come along as I’ve always wanted to meet one.

Which shower room do I use?

There is one shower per shower room, two shower rooms on each floor. There are 5 rooms per floor (that’s only 2.5 rooms per shower room.) You can use any shower room you like. You won’t have to go further than 3 meters to find your closest shower room. There is soap, shampoo and conditioner in all of them.

Where do I park my car?

We have an onsite car park covered with CCTV. There are 7 spaces available. Spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Which kitchen should I use?

There are two kitchen areas, one on the 2nd floor and one in the basement.

Both have kettle, toaster, microwave, take away cups, tea, coffee, hot choc, sugar, fresh milk, bread, jam and margarine.

You can use which ever is most convenient for you, the basement kitchen is slightly larger.

Is there a time I have to be back at night?

On the day of your arrival you will receive an SMS with an access code for the front door an your room number.

Once you have checked in and you have your room key you can use the access code to come and go whenever you like.

Please note if you come back late and are a bit “over excited” please try to keep the noise down, any noisy guests will be asked to leave. All hallways are covered by CCTV and it monitors and records sounds.

No, I’m only joking, please call our Out of Hours number on 07818 138 242 if you have any issues. There is a night porter on site from 1pm Friday through to 10am(ish) Sunday.

What time do I need to check out?

Check out is 10am, we can sometimes offer a later check out but you will need to call 07818 138242 to request this. It will depend on how busy we are the following day. We need to get all the rooms ready for 2.30pm check ins so if we are unable to accommodate your request please accept our apologies.

Where can I keep my food/drinks?

Both kitchens have fridges that you are free to use to store your food/drinks/medicines. .

What shall I do if I leave something behind by mistake?

It’s probably on ebay by now but give us a call just in case and we will see if we can find it.
